Human Resources Assistant
DataNote is seeking an HR superstar in the making, that is looking for a full-time temporary gig of 3 months to start to gain some experience. We have many projects on the go that are important to the success of the business and you can make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing existing employees data
Periodic verification of employees and consultants
New recruitment and interview action plan preparation
Attendance & Salary processing
Compliances management
Employee joining and releasing process
MUST HAVE
Exceptional administrative skills – you have an eye for the details and there is no getting around it, HR has many tasks that are administrative in nature
Strong Excel Skills
Solid organizational skill set – you will be handling a lot of information
Absolute confidentiality – much of the information you will handle is confidential and it is understood that it must not be shared with others
Excellent communications skills including listening, speaking and writing
NICE TO HAVE
Interest in networking
Social media networking i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook
Speak & written ability with any third language except Hindi, English
