1 Machine booking with all the specs

You can input and configure all the machine's specifications and other technical parameters in the machine master module. Here the system allows recording the AMC contract details too.

2 Check list allotment to operator

The system allows to configure the checklist along with the respective frequencies. Accordingly, operators can input the required checklist data related to the machine maintenance to get desired accurate results from the ERP system.

3 Preventive maintenance frequency

You specify a frequency schedule for preventive maintenance (PM) to determine how often the PM generates work orders. One or more conditions typically trigger preventive maintenance work.

4 Breakdown booking with date, time, shift & operator

Any downtime with the machine that affects the production process and the time consumed by every resource for the same process can be maintained and monitored in the ERP system.
